Not sure whether HypnoBirthing is for you? Maybe just interested to hear about a different approach to birth?

We run monthly free Taster Sessions where you can find out what HypnoBirthing is and why it works. We’ll introduce you to what our courses are about and teach you a couple of HypnoBirthing tools that you can use in labour and birth.

Birth partners are most welcome and encouraged to attend, as they will benefit as well.

These sessions are currently run online. To register, simply click on the date you are interested in attending. You will then be directed to Zoom (video conferencing) where you need to add your name and email address. Once registered, you will receive an email with the session ID and password to use on the day. Please note that you will need to download Zoom beforehand.
